Introduction
Known as the No.1 Waterside Town in China, Zhouzhuang has been included in the UNESCO World Heritage Tentative List and represents one of the first batch of famous historical and cultural towns in China, one of the first batch of 5A scenic areas in China, and one of the first batch of Chinese characteristic landscape tourism towns. In addition, Zhouzhuang was rated among the World’s Top 10 “Most Beautiful Small Towns” by CNN and was named as an “Excellent Global Ecological Area” by the United Nations.
